This licence governs your purchase and use of the Nocturne Shopify theme bought directly from https://nocturnetheme.com. By purchasing you agree to these terms.
What you get
A one-time purchase grants you a single-store licence: the right to install and use Nocturne on one live Shopify store, plus that store's development/staging copies. It includes the full theme files, documentation, and lifetime updates for the major version you bought.
You may
- Install Nocturne on one production store you own or operate.
- Modify the theme's code and content for that store.
- Use it for a client store, provided you buy one licence per store.
You may not
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the theme files (in whole or in part), including on theme marketplaces.
- Use a single licence across multiple unrelated stores — buy one licence per store.
- Remove or misrepresent authorship of the original code.
Updates & support
Bug-fix and compatibility updates are delivered as new versions; see the changelog. Email support is available at [email protected] with a 2 business-day response, covering theme functionality and reasonable setup guidance (not custom development or third-party apps).
Payment & refunds
Payment is processed securely by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. As a digital product delivered instantly, sales are generally final; if the theme is defective and we can't resolve it, contact us within 14 days at [email protected].
Ownership
The theme's code and design remain the intellectual property of the author. This licence grants usage rights only, not ownership.
Disclaimer
The theme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
